Return Policy

Note: Return Policy is currently a work in progress. This is not the finalized version of our return policy. Please do not use this yet.


Return Policy Overview

At AG Living,  we stand behind on the quality of our furniture, and we want you to have a positive experience with our products. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. 


We will accept returns of eligible items within 30 days upon receiving your order. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be in new and original/unused/resealable condition. Products with scratches, stains, damages, drilling, or any other modification will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A refund will be processed to the original method of payment.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your original payment amount.  Proof of purchase is required for all returns. To initiate this request, please contact us at sales.agliving.us@gmail.com to facilitate this return.


We are unable to accommodate returns and refunds for the following items:

  • Any item marked as 'Clearance' or specified as on 'Final Sale'
  • Any form of Display items/As-Is items
  • Any item described as "Customized" or "Customizable" 

 

Refunds will commence within 7 business days after all returned items have been sent back to our warehouse. Where possible, funds will be processed back in the same way they were paid to AG Living. For credit cards, depending on your card issuer’s policy, it may take up to 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your account. However, refunds for some banks may only be reflected in your next monthly statement. 


Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error

Please contact us at sales.agliving.us@gmail.com  if there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt. We will make it right by offering one of these solutions: 

  • Sending you replacement parts or accessories
  • Replacing the product
  • Issuing a refund


All quality-related issues must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your items. Cases submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted. 


Order Change or Cancellation

You may change or cancel your order up to 48 hours before your order is processed without incurring charges. You will receive a reminder in advance that your shipment is ready to be processed, and you will have 24 hours to request changes or cancellation without incurring charges. After that, your shipment will be processed and any changes or cancellation from thereon will be charged for delivery fees.


We are unable to accommodate order changes/cancellations/refunds for the following items:

  • Any item marked as 'Clearance' or specified as on 'Final Sale'
  • Any form of Display/As-Is items
  • Any item described as "Customized" or "Customizable"
